We need your voice to help improve local health care!

We are looking to grow our Lived Experience Advisory Network (LEAN) as a part of the Lanark, Leeds and Grenville Ontario Health Team (LLG OHT). The LLG OHT is a partnership of more than 50 health, community, and social service organizations from across the Counties of Lanark, Leeds and Grenville, who are working together to improve health care for everyone in the region.

Patients, clients, family members, and caregivers are a key part of this our team. They will work together to help design a better health system. We are looking for individuals who are interested in serving in an advisory capacity, making recommendations on matters that impact the health care experience in Lanark, Leeds and Grenville.

This is a great opportunity to share your experiences, listen to various perspectives, learn from others, participate on committees such as digital health, mental health and addictions or primary care, and provide input. A commitment of 4 to 6 hours per month for at least one year is requested.
