The Lanark, Leeds and Grenville Ontario Health Team is a partnership of more than 55 health, community and social service organizations working together to improve health care across our region.

We serve communities across Lanark County, Leeds and Grenville Counties, including Brockville, Gananoque, Prescott, Almonte, Carleton Place, Perth and Smiths Falls, along with the towns and villages in between.
